They spanned from the end of May, through June and into July.
Minus the crazy bouts of studying for blocks in between, its been a helluva ride. And I just realised something, it will all come to an end once school starts for real on Thursday. Holidays are really fun, you sleep, you don't plan your days, you chuck your diaries aside because screw it, I've got all the time in the world, you call up friends and hang out, you do really really fun things and stay out till the carriage turns into a pumpkin and nothing really matters and your facebook photocount jumps by the hundreds each day! This is really a pretty darn awesome year, I've not had huuuuge major breakdowns due to overheating of my braincells or ( now is the time I'm ransacking through the archives inside my head and I realise that, I've been pretty sad and depressed for awhile this year, graaah stupid stupid stupid spoiler to my awesome year so far ). But schoolwise, this feels half as fun as primary school.
Sure I miss Friday afternoon sushi/movie dates with the boyfriend and hanging out with 'the clique' every recess ( omg we did that for 4 frickin years!!! ) and being vvvv close to people in school that we'll go shopping/eat cake spontaneously and who I can cry aloud to when I'm so sad and the list will go on, but I think I <3 school life in general now and I'll miss it terribly when it ends next year. Grah.
I CANNOT BELIEVE MY HOLIDAYS ARE ENDING. To prepare for the start of the end, I'm printing a hot pink timetable for myself and digging out my murakami diary ( my ariel pop up sticker is kinda ruined ): )
Oh and just because I like to blog about my day, I woke up and watched boys over flowers episode 3!!! Hahaha I'm becoming a fan girl but its really hard to watch asian serials after 40minute short american shows, ugh they last for 1hour and 9minutes!!! Anyway, took a bus down to get my new ezlink card and I really really love technology. I pass the lady my ic / photo and she prints out a sheet of paper for me to sign, returns me my photo ( she didnt even keep it or staple it for reference purposes ) and 10 seconds later, my shiny new card pops out of a machine, its so magical, I didn't queue or wait a few days before collection! Oh well, the last time I lost my card in primary school, it was a total hassle and thus I was too traumatised to even visit the ticket office when I first lost my wallet. Yay I got my ezlink card and it was time for koi green milk tea 50% sugar less pearls ( and when I say shao zhen zhu, they STILL think I'm saying xiao zhen zhu!! ) Today the guy went so far as to scoop the pearls out and tell me that they aint got no small pearls, so I switch back to english and say less pearls thank you vv much. Thank God I don't have chinese oral tomorrow.
Took the train and met mama to get her new camera for Japan, meh I wanna go! Then met the brother and my aunt for dimsum at tunglok, I love chinese food. Everyone should go tunglok for their soups, the reason I love that place aside from the test tube juices! Their thick murky soups are so awsm, whoever said chinese soups had to be clear needs to visit tunglok signatures, pretty chinese restaurant with nicer food. Oh and the desserts, yumyum. this mango sago pomelo with ice cream in coconut thingum was better than the mango pomelo sago in hongkong!! Anyway lunch lasted too long and was almost late for training which lasted too short because we just weren't in form today, see, long holidays where nothing matters, not even staying fit!!! Yes and then went home, had dinner and here I am now. Oh gosh its only 8.30!!! Anyway, its time for boys over flowers followed by a 12 hour sleep.
Tomorrow: Brunch with kenneth / shopping ( Tangs private sale!!! ) / Dinner with Enlin & The Boyfriend. whoa that was a long post (:
